Ghana’s Rising Highlifer Musician Khing Asenso Releases “MA W’ANI NSOR”, A Beautiful and Inspiring Highlife Song.

Highlife in Ghana is not dead. We may have meandered away a bit over the past few years with HipLife taking center-stage in the music industry but thankfully, we are finding our way back.
Khing Asenso is one of those musicians bringing us back onto the almost-forgotten path and after listening to “Ma w’ani nsor”, I felt a stirring within me. Not that kind of stirring. But a pleasurable emotion that makes one appreciate themselves for who they are.
George Asenso Acheaw whose stage name is Khing Asenso is a rising soulful highlife musician in Ghana who has launched Ma Wani Nsor.
Ma Wani Nsor in Twi means “Be Content” is an inspirational song yet with an upbeat body swaying tempo.
The song is all about getting people to love themselves for who are and appreciate the point or stage of life and also urges them to work hard to better their life better.

This song is going places! I would want to hear Khing Asenso sing with a live-band though. Or what do you think? Over to you Asenso.
