Cash Dollar Rebrand To Be Called Jah Vili

Artistically, branding is important in a sense to create a distinctive public image that communicates/builds your style of music, representation, intelligence, dressing, & philosophy, or even an aesthetic that your creative pursuits can be recognized by. When it comes to creating a brand, you want to make sure that it is what you want to be known for when people think of your music or yourself in person.

n spite of that, Young Ghanaian Afrobeats & Reggae/Dancehall deejay, Kpodo Francis known in the music scene as Cash Dollar emerging from Anloga/Volta rebrands to Jah Vili which fits his style, melodies, and basically, his primary genre of music.

Under team Young Boss Nation, the young lad tapped into the scene basically with the Hip-Hop genre and dished out a couple of tunes like; No More Allo, Rap Gym, etc. Jah Great, Only You, etc.

In 2018 the promising act fell in love with Reggae/ Dancehall and from there has switched his primary genre from Hip-Hop to Reggae/Dancehall. He released two inspirational Reggae tunes titled “Jah Great” and “ONLY YOU” which stirs him fully ready for the genre.

The new name, Jah Vili digs deeper than as it sounds. It’s a total revive of his whole career as an artist, serving as the new sense of his self-esteem representation which can be pictured in his lyrics and wordplays.

“This is a total turnaround blueprint to change the world with my music. Since the COVID-19 pandemic hit us all, which has brought a halt to many works. As a person, I took the time to recap on my works and just many things about myself as an artist and emerging act. I and my team took a look at so many angles of my brand as an artist and came to some points where it’s necessary for me to change my name to fit my melodies, the style, and philosophy”.
